INGREDIENTS:
Grilled Chicken
Sriracha
7.5 Galbani Professionale Premio Shredded Mozzarella
1 oz. Shaved Parmesan
3 oz. Caramelized Onions
3 oz. Fresh Bacon Crumbles
Drizzle of Sriracha Strawberry glaze
3-4 Sliced Strawberries
10-12 Dollops Whipped Cream Cheese
8-10 half leaves of basil
First, toss some grilled chicken in your favorite Sriracha sauce, then top you crust with some Galbani Professionale Premio Shredded Mozzarella and parmesan. Add your chicken, caramelized onions and fresh bacon crumbles. Bake until finished. When the pie is finished baking, top with a Strawberry Sriracha glaze, dollops of whipped cream cheese and your half leaves of basil. Slice and serve!
