Yea that sounds good actually, but what works with a quick home pizza dough may not with a 50lb bag in a commercial dough mixer. I use 2 cups sugar, 1 cup salt, 4 eggs, 2 cups olive oil, 2 cups of buttermilk and 4oz of yeast.However this is Buffalo pizza so it’s gonna be different than everywhere else but just to give you some ideas.

I had to go back and watch a couple of times and then go read the recipe because I saw the baking soda sitting there by the bowl but couldn't remember you putting it in the dry ingredients. Thanks for attaching the recipe at the bottom! Looks delicious!

I try most of your recipes and love your channel out here in Long Beach CA but ive been camping cooking out in the Mojave forever. Camping, cooking, shooting, riding motos and just loving live with that camp lifestyle and ALWAYS ALWAYS have a pack of dogs with ya! Youve got great dogs.

Wanna step this up use fresh mozzarella (fresher the better and a creme fresh makes it amazing) and ball it up roll it out and make a semi solid ring of cheese if you. Also make sure you dock (poking small holes in the crust they have a roller for it not over the edges of course poke the top if you want it to ooze out) your pizza if your using an regular oven and not a Dutch one to obtain a more even cooking. Get thicker pepperonis and don't use a thin sauce and leave some tomato chunks. The thinner the crust the tighter and smaller the holes to make it crispier. Also when making the dough I like to use caramelized onions, garlic, and jalapeno in place of just onion and garlic powder and use slightly less water. This gives the dough an entirely different pop. If you can try to let it rest in the fridge a few hours covered in a bowl. Then let it raise to room temp before kneading and working it to a pie shape.

Been makin stuffed crust pizza on the grill for 20 years now maybe more. Started doing it with my dad still make it with him sometimes! If you wanna be EXTRA sinful, roll some pepperoni up in the crust. Delicious, very heavy, but delicious.

I stumbled across this video on 2/25 based on the title alone and I’m so glad I did. To open string cheese easily, take your thumb nail and scrape that corner of the package and your index finger. It'll curl the plastic so you can get a hold of it and pull apart.
