When you can't verify that the temperature is right, fucking bin pinkish chicken. I'm speaking from experience here. Pink chicken just isn't worth it.

Combo of a few things: remnants of issues related to beef & pork resources from Mad Cow Disease that was in the 1980s and 1990s in the UK. Also because of a large population of people that are either Hindu or Muslim, Chicken works because it's both 'halal' and not beef (cows being sacred to the Hindu)

@@TheCNSR it’s random based on how long it’s been frozen, how old the bird was (older birds have higher bone density so it doesn’t happen as much), to how hot the oil was when it was cooked. I worked in food safety for 13 years, it was almost a daily thing where someone would think their chicken was raw
