You guys look like yo had a blast! I went in the fall of 2023 for my school, and it was so fun. I recommend dressing up if you guys go again, it just adds to the experience and everyone does it. People are also really nice about costumes, I made a knight one for my school trip and got tons of compliments. I’m hoping to go again this fall for my birthday, this time as a werewolf knight since my birthday happens during one of the Halloween weekends. Did you guys try the turkey legs while you were there?

We did have a blast! I think we will definitely go in costume next time. And YES, we had a turkey leg. Delicious!

The PA Ren Faire, my home away from home! Sadly, due to COVID being an issue; my family and I couldn't go this year. As for THIS year, the hotel we like to stay at (The Hampton Inn) was closed until further notice; which was just as big of an inconvenience

@@takingyouwithme9194 Ironically, some people have tried suggesting other establishments we could stay in instead...but most of THEM are fifteen to thirty minutes away from the gates. Whereas the Hampton Inn stands right across the street from it, which makes the place a perfect locale. Not to mention that our experiences there have always been satisfying; great accommodations, great service, the staff is always friendly plus near the evening, they always leave a fresh platter of cookies or muffins waiting for guests to take up to their rooms. From what I've heard, they plan on reopening in November; so, we may have better luck next year...as long as the COVID situation doesn't escalate again
