I agree with the comments about prices. Seriously seriously overpriced. Nasty looking sausages, ordinary eggs and greasy bacon. Martin’s gravy is typical - no doubt highly salted - and the steak is a glorified burger. You have really been sucked into Vegas (and American) glitz and the resulting overpricing. Pleased you remembered to quote real prices, including tips and tax! My wife and I - remember, we live in Nevada and know Vegas really well - are shocked at what you’re paying and what you’re getting. The Strip money pit has sucked you in.

Love to go back to Vegas but those prices for food is absolutely insane!! I paid 1/3 to 1/5 that when I went the last time and I realize it was a few years ago, but it is just too much now. Even with the better exchange rate here in the UK compared to the Canadian dollar I used back then. I wouldn't be able to do any drinking or gambling.

I think the Peppermill like a lot of places you've shown us on this trip are largely famous due to past reputation. In reality and if you take away the rose tinted specs, the breakfast (to me) didn't look great. Yours looked very dry, Martins steak looked swamped in anaemic looking sauce. Glad you enjoyed it though, really enjoying your vlogs!

A very busy place, long wait to get in and for food. Very expensive too. The breakfast looked good, except for that white gravy what do they put in that? But to be fair the food looked high quality and service good. Overall for food/service/price, 8/10.

The white country gravy is better than any brown gravy I have ever tasted, It's used on fried chicken also. The gravy is made with butter. flour milk and lots of pepper..the key is the pepper...it give it a smokey rich taste that is very addictive. It makes you want to just drink some out of a glass it's so good. lol

Both them breakfasts look fantastic Solid 9.5 for Macs I want that right now. 8.5 for Martins purely as I have zero knowledge of what that "Gravy" tastes like. I cant even think what it might be similar too and it never looks exactly gorgeous. I do think I would like it though oddly enough.

I guess the fact you had to wait was the key to the quality, the breakfast place in New York where you once had to queue but you went straight in and wasn’t good is an example... looked decent, cut out the bloody Mary’s 😂 and the price isn’t too bad. Best Place to Eat Cheap and Yummy Food: Ellis Island hotel casino which is one block from the Strip. For example, steak, eggs and baked potato for $15!!! 😊 😊 👍

Ellis Island is great, go there every time I'm in Vegas but it's smaller portions, a bit lower quality and has nothing of the ambience of Peppermill.

Just catching up with this video, WOW How much for a breakfast? I don`t care how good they are, That is scandalously pricey. I have to be honest and I think you already know my money situation, Bravo for doing these videos, I love them but it breaks my heart just looking at some of the prices, If My Wife and I ever get to go out for a meal it is a breakfast and pay no more than £12 and on our budget that is a real stretch at this moment. Just a query about the “hash browns”. That looks more like a German rösti. In the UK and Oz, hash browns have a defined in shape as ovals or triangles. Is that how they are presented all over the US, as an undefined heap. Looks good anyway.

Yeah, that's a typical US hash brown. It's grated potato put on a griddle and flattened out. I don't think I have ever had it any different in the US.

Sorry mac but I'll stick to the UK mate, foxys food looked like slop, although yer pancakes looked nice. I will not be visiting the states in this day and age ever mac. Back in the 70s it would have been amazing but definitely not now. Make the best of it while your out there though.

Lee let's start with your breakfast, I like my eggs and hash cooked a little more than that. Bacon was good for streaky but I prefer proper back (smoked back). They aren't sausages m more like mini kebabs, no casings. The pancakes could have done with a lot more colour, they were anemic and the price 😱. As a result its a 5/10.

The Breakfast here at The Peppermill Diner... Did look really good guys!... And the price wasn't too bad either. Well not once you removed the... "Four Double Bloody Mary's" anyway... Most viewers watching, wouldn't be having alcoholic drinks for Breakfast... Most normal people would be drinking a regular Coffee or Tea... So the $76.00... for alcoholic drinks at Breakfast, isn't on everyone's list of menu items they're desperately looking for... The same goes for the Pancakes, once I've had a good Breakfast... Pancakes don't really float my boat, as an after Breakfast accompaniment... So most people could reduce this bill by at least $80.00... So i'll score The Peppermill Diner Breakfast... a solid 9/10... Simply for the fact that there's a rather long 40 minute wait for Breakfast here... But over all, it deserves a high score... Thanks for the review Martin & Lee... Cheers guys. 🍺🍺

Being from the US those were breakfast sausages, what you have in UK look like our Italian sausages. What would a server say if I wanted my eggs with yokes broken and cooked through nooo runny yoke. Breakfast at the Peppermill is served 24 hrs. I always go for breakfast about 11am when there isn't much of a queue.
