Work muscle over show muscle…. I competed 20 years ago and looked really pretty, but in the few months since I have found you my functional strength is through the roof. Your followers do the work, but we also cannot thank you enough for the videos and constant inspiration that you bring.

Dude, you have the best workout soundtracks. Could listen to them all day. In my opinion, we need to find an end-round warning sound and start-round bell that fits the vibe. I have no idea how though!!

I’m pushing 60 and enjoy all your workouts, but also a fan of the bully breeds. I’ve had 5 in my lifetime and seeing yours come into the frame always makes me smile.😊

Being over 40, it's not the building part that kills you, it's the regeneration. :(

Give Yin Yoga a chance. It will do wonders to your health, joints, aches, recovery, sleep, etc... Super healing practice for every human being independently of the levels of fitness. There are plenty of amazing videos in youtube. If you need one recommendation, I would suggest Travis Eliot's classes. You can also just search for the particular part of your body that needs attention followed by "Yin Yoga" Cheers

Weird Question but would you recommend this for an out of shape 30 year old Female ?
@user2997924 ай бұрын
Start with a 8 or 10 kg kettlebell, and have a rest when you need it. Give yourself the needed regeneration time, you should do this workout with at least a 1 day rest in between. Your body needs time to adapt. Then you will get in shape in a couple of months. Continuity is key.
