the problem apart from the weight power ratio is that a car with that much power would have thicker profile tires than the one you have on. regular racing tires is not enough. with that much power the car is no longer fit for a circuit race you just made a drag car.

easy mph/kph conversion is every 5 mph is 8 kph, 10 mph is 16 kph. It's not perfect but it does work from what I've done testing wise
