The Perfect A.M. Skincare Routine for 2023

A few of you have been asking about a more in depth video detailing my #amroutine or my #morningroutine as well as my #pmroutine. Today we're going to start with what I do every morning to get my #skin ready to face the day!
Now I can already sense that there will be one overwhelming statement/question in reaction to this: "there's no way that you do all that every single morning!' Well, I do! One of the biggest misconceptions about #skincare and implementing a daily routine is that it's going to take forever to get it all done. Too many people think that they won't have enough time or that they will be spending hours upon hours every day with their skin and that's simply not true! You can do this simple routine in less than 10 minutes in the morning and then a similar, but slightly more in depth one in the evening in about the same amount of time! What's more is that a lot of this can be done while you're showering to save a few minutes here and there.
It's important to stick to a routine to achieve flawless and #beautifulskin. Getting that top layer of skin off, #hydrating your skin daily, #cleansing your skin daily, and applying #moisturizer and #serums on a regular basis are immensely important to attaining a consistent and even skin tone. #Acne, #antiaging, #darkspots, #melasma, and much more can all be addressed simply by implementing a routine like this one. Do you have to use our products or do every step? No, but the more you implement these types of products in this order, the more likely you are to get to your #skincaregoals.

Hi Lisa, if I trust anyone in social media on healthy skin is you.!! I believe in healthy living, eating right, taking care of the one and only body we have. I don’t wear makeup. (My choice) I fell very confortable with ur products, because they work I have seen an amazing difference. Cathy, trying Lisa’s products is much easier now that she has Amazon ordering because you can order a single product using Prime shipping. It’s been a life saver when I realize that I need a refill of only one product. I know Lisa offers to help you decide what to start with, but personally I like to gift Perfecting Polish and Squeezed to people in my life - Perfecting Polish because I’m unaware of any other products that are like it(I would describe it as a hydrating exfoliant even though it’s used after an exfoliant) and Squeezed because it’s so refreshing and feels like it works quickly. M🧡 Good morning ☀️ You do not have to avoid the under eye. Just use your ring finger which is the weakest and be very delicate. If you ever run into an issue, just reach out to me, but remember many times it can just be dehydration or you used something with our products that contradicted. Simply put a light layer of Vaseline brand, and you’ll be amazed how it will heal very quickly . However, this is a process and as with your skin allow the under eye area to heal and to remove old skin. Many of you are getting rid of years of damage. Ella🍑🧡 You don’t need anything more emollient. It isnt that your skin is dry, it is that your skin is changing over. Because we do most of our damage in our early 20s and we have a pretty thick callous layer that grows before that and after that, it’s hard for things to get in and out. Instead of more moisture, you’re getting just what you need including elements that heal the skin and build collagen. When you need more just put a light layer of Vaseline bran petroleum jelly on your face. It has a triple purification process and even the journal of medicine says it is one of the most healing ointments . Remember that your skin is an oil, loving organ and you should also be using a facial oil we have one or you can use olive oil or grapeseed oil or vitamin E. Thanks for this video, Lisa. I had just finished watching the 2021 morning routine when this new one came out so I just watched this one and have a couple of questions. I'm 67 and have normal skin, no acne, am mainly interested in aging gracefully. However, in menopause I developed some very deep milia on the center of my cheeks. I'm afraid I may have caused it by using coconut oil as a cleanser and a moisturizer for a few years. My dermatologist told me it was so deep it wasn't really noticeable so just forget about it. I want to get rid of it. In your holiday sale I purchased as many of the products as I could, but not all. I can private message you with the list of products I purchased if needed. So, 1) Do you think I'll still benefit even though serum and moisturizer are from the Dermtology line? 2) The Monistat is antifungal for acne? Oh monistat! Yes anti fungal and anti bacterial. If you have redness or flaking that can be fungus so just apply monistat after acv & PH toner. Did that answer your questions?

I was trying to be brief, but I should have included that I have made a lot of progress on that top layer of skin over the last 18-24 months, but I have been using a regimen of many different products and although I now don't have any more episodes of flakiness and redness, I still often have a "windswept" feeling on my face after washing--and I think that's my skin reacting to too many actives from too many lines. So I want to continue getting my skin into the best shape possible, but not do damage! Also, enough of the top layer of skin has come off that I do get the occasional milia that finally releases--usually just after shaving my face, and the little hard pearl of keratin comes out--leaving a little crater that takes several days to close and heal... and it occurs to me I should probably be using your antibacterial cleanser especially during this time. I really wish this process could speed up a bit, and like you said, get completely under control--I don't want a "weeds" situation! Yes, I was really frustrated when my dermatologist advised me to "just forget about" the milia because it was so deep it wasn't really noticeable--but I chalked it up to her just not having the knowledge to know what to do about it--and it left me feeling hopeless. She said she was afraid I'd scar if extraction was attempted. So I will put an order in for the Restore Cleanser and the Classic Moisturizer (I think I have everything else in the routine). Should I also order one of your night serums or just cleanse and exfoliate for now? Thanks!

I also love the way it is made and the technology. Michelle 🧡 You have Normal skin, but something you were doing is making your calisthenic and saw your skin cannot take any good nutrients and it cannot take in oil or moisture. Exfoliating yo get rid of that callous is key. And NO it will not dry you out. Flawless Exfoliator is hydrating, gentle and food for your skin. My belief is that eczema, psoriasis and rosacea are some of the most overly diagnosed skin diseases and many times are simply active fungus. Maria🍑 Hello Typically you want to shave downward unless you’ve gone upwards and your skin does well. Never put alcohol on your skin instead do apple cider vinegar and then a little bit of Vaseline not castor oil . I only recommend Vaseline brand petroleum jelly because they have a triple purification process and even the journal of medicine says it is one of the most healing ointments. I had to have my left breast muscle sewn up because it ripped and tore when I was pregnant and on bedrest for almost 5 months in the hospital. So to me that is a form of doing “ something” to my breast. I also have friends who have had breast cancer and who than chose to have implants put in after having a mastectomy. I also have women that have come to me that have had children and felt so changed afterwards. I have to respect and understand that they may want to lift or do something to their breasts. It is a absolute personal decision just like touching your face. My goal is to help people with their face and this self confidence and or lack of. Our faces are something that the world sees. As women we are so pressured not to age. I want them to not feel that they have to alter their face or anything to be beautiful. I hope that this makes sense? The skin on my face is still so oily at 53 years old, that there is no way I am putting sunscreen or any moisturizing stuff on it. I have had acne far too long to exacerbate break-outs with that. What is REALLY sad is that the medical community does a better job of treating skin CANCER than acne!

@@PeachesSkinCare ...You are a sweetheart! For the past 10 years or so, I have just been washing 2 to 3 times a day with fairly mild cleansers/facial soaps. In the past I had tried EVERYTHING. Prescription meds to OTC topical stuff to different regimens. It became clear to me that MY SKIN, was going to do what it wanted, and did NOT CARE what I tried to stop it from doing. I gave up and accepted that I am an unattractive man and it didn't make a difference. Somethings have to be dealt with as they are. Not how we would prefer them to be. You are a beautiful and sweet person. I always enjoy your videos!
