I have just combined all 3 of your videos (Upperbody, Legs, abs) to make my new workout. Would doing this 3x a week with more cardio be good program for me to be on?

Over a course of a week, how many times would you recommend doing this?

Good question! I’d recommend doing isolated core minimum once per week. The abs are a different beast, they don’t get quite as sore as the other muscles, so you can realistically do them any day you’re not too sore! Twice per week is a good goal to work up to. Hope this helps!
