i after like 2 hours of studying this video i started hopping in ranked trying to impliment it in my gameplay, and i am literally 130 elo past my peak because of how much of a focus it has put me in. my peak was 1990 now im 2120 atm, and i havent even tried fully jamming the weapon ranges in my head yet. ive seen so many videos on approaches and this one by far explained it the best, Hoping to see more content on helping players past their barriers. much love man

Another thing that's often over looked is playing the weapons you struggle against this usually helps you see the general playstyle and spacing so that way you know what to expect. i.e when you're on low health and your opponent switches to axe 8 times out of 10 they want to land a sair.
@VexxedUp11 ай бұрын
@@Zenexasba I'm now 2245, I never new spacing was this important and whenever I tried to look into other guides it was just always Vauge or kept repeating the same lines and never talking about how to Do this or that. Your channel is full of all the in depth concepts that really take a player’s game to the next level if they’re willing to put in the effort. I have so much appreciation for your channel because these are concepts that I think about loosely, but you literally dissect them and give specific points to practice. Stingray says to treat your opponents like labrats in order to improve and your channel is basically a roadmap to do that. I have 1300 hours on the game and I’m peak 1823 with a goal of diamond since I started playing the game. I wish you well cuz if I didn’t find this channel I’d probably be quitting brawlhalla within the next few months

Take my notes peole here ye go 2. When spacing: starting point is when you are close but not able to be hit, goal is to try and keep that. (If they are too close throw stacked attack) 3. After spaced: baiting; do an empty hop by jumping then fast falling, can also bait by djump fast falling to them then dashing back immediately, jump dodge works but dont do against spear cannon and scythe as much, dash dancing is quite good, or dash cancel Attacking; dash dodge best approach for attacking (dont overuse), dash jumps if they are grounded, mix it up, dash attacks (dont overuse) 4. Attacking: Lance blasters hammer (boots sword greatsword if spaced right); target them with attacks going down 45 degrees with, close empty hops, jump dodges. Sythe orb lance blasters cannon battle boots (hammer kinda); attack above them with, dash jumps, dash spot dodges, jump dodges. Greatsword sythe bow blasters (kinda sword); attack at 30 degrees above them with, far empty dodges, jump dodge, dash dancing, landing dashes. Weapons you can only bait, axe katar gauntlets spear sword; bait with, dash dancing, dash dodges, landing dashes, dash cancels

@Zenexasba11 ай бұрын
Dash forward and then stop the momentum by holding the opposite direction of the dash, which will lead to you doing “half a dash”. You can see in the example i put in how i ended up right in front of the scythe attack because i canceled the momentum, if it was a normal dash that attack would’ve hit me

Nah fam I get it. I just hope that this won't spawn a playerbase that can't fight on their own and just have a video as a blueprint of how to play. This video is amazing to teach someone that literally doesn't know the game, as it has the basics and even advanced tech towards approaching. All I want is freedom in playstyle, which granted, it's selfish, but would make the game a bit more fun and the matches less predictable.
