Everything is going right for the Axis. From Japan beating China, to the swift invasion of Poland and France by Germany and its allies, World War 2 has been a huge success so far for the Axis Powers. But with confidence and success, comes complacency and overconfidence. The Axis have followed their path to success, but now they come at a crossroads. Whether to invade the UK and enact Operation Sea Lion or to focus on continental Europe and Africa to prepare for the upcoming invasion of the Soviet Union. The High Command of the Axis will decide in this game whether or not to pull an ambitious move that could possibly have the United States of America prepare for war a lot earlier than expected and a move that could cost them the whole war.
Will this perfect Axis game be ruined by this move? Will Germany, Japan, Italy and its allies prevail? Or will Sea Lion completely fail and with it the hopes of the Axis members?

@@ermin2248 They still managed to capture Crete using paratroopers but only so-so and with great losses, mainly because allies have already decrypted enygma at that point and knew all the details of the upcoming invasion. Not so much failure of paratroopers, as german cryptography. Later in the war german paratroopers were never again deployed in major operation

I don't think it makes sense for assault guns to be in its own branch. Did they make this change in the newest patch or is this a mod? I haven't played in a while. Pretty much all assault guns were based on existing tank chassis. StuG III and SiG33B were based on the Panzer III. StuG IV, Brummbar were based on the Panzer IV. Su122, su152 were based on kv1 (and ISU variants were based on JS1). This pattern holds true with even the minor powers such as romania (Tacam R-2 was based on the R-2 tank).
