It's called Royco used to thicken the souce

I was a tourist in Uganda like 10 years ago... I had this dish and it was amazing. It looked exactly like this! It also had beef in it. What flavour is the royco powder? We don't have royco in Ireland but I need to find something similar. I want to try this recipe. If I wanted beef in this, when do I add the beef?
@cookwithattovicky86093 жыл бұрын
Royco is a spice used here in East Africa
@cookwithattovicky86093 жыл бұрын
You first pre-boil the beef then you add it after frying the green bananas ,add water boil a bit then add the beef.
