Thats the discipline. My girlfriend passed away last year in march here in Tijuana. The viewing and the burial left me traumatized but I gotta sack the fuck up cuase she would be mad at me seeing me reek in weakness. Whenever I feel gassed out pumping burpees and pull ups she cracks me the whip from up there. I just give her a nod and keep reppin. These mental and physical scars keep me going to perceive a brighter day. We gotta lock in a workout soon, brother. We too close here in SD.

I actually do find this routine to be the "perfect" workout..... takes me 35 mins, heart rate averaging 150+, so a good cardio workout.... also a very solid upper body workout without being totally exhausting (like very high rep navy seal and/or 5 pumps routines are). For days when you want a session that will leave you feeling good, but tired... satisfied that you trained well, but are not shattered... this is the routine to use.

Got this one done this morning- the post exercise rush is great - I’m buzzing ! Rest day tomorrow then back to it. Without any doubt burpees are best all round exercise!! Perfect for getting us all through this lockdown shit. But for me I will definitely be carrying them on long term and wolfs routines are brilliant- super challenging and a real mental and physical challenge.

I love these workouts that can be cleared in 40 minutes or less. Makes it really easy to schedule just an hour of work within the day, including stretches and cool down and a 5 minute cold shower.

I had intentions of doing this workout today. Working from home I have great flexibility but I did get just and short on time. So I hit a 30 minute run (little over 3 miles) and 50 jumping jacks, stomach strike 1 pumps. I say this in every comment I get the chance, but thank you. The burpee army is strong and building strong bodies and minds everyday!

NIce one Iron Wolf, i saw the collab you did with Burpees King and Moses Cuevas where you guys put in work with 500 Burpees and 1100 pushups. That inspired me so I had to do 100 10-pump burpees to do my own 1000 push ups workout. Thanks for the Inspiration General!

I'm asthmatic and in OK shape I guess. I did 35 one pumps today, maybe ten of those where navy seals. I think i could have done 50 but then I wouldn't be able to move. I read 3 times a week is good for a beginner, I'll do this then. I'll also try to increase the amoun to fifty... Slowly Thanks sergeant, you are a great motivation! I can only do burpees on an empty stomach in the morning or mid day. I feel 10 pounds lighter and more agile. Pull ups as well.
