I’m only doing one round. My legs are sore from tennis and I like to strength train legs twice a week. I feel pumped and fatigued so I’m sticking with one round. Did a set of BW squats to warm up before starting this workout. Don’t jump in cold with Cossack squats or side lunges as they called them. I really think this workout is best done for only one round. If you’re going to do multiple sets, I’d pick the toughest movement (pistols) and do Multiple sets of that. Bulgarians are just an easier variation of pistols. So, I’d do one or the other depending on strength level. Love the inclusion of Cossack squats. It’s really the only upper leg movement you need. Wall squats are a finisher. How you expect a beginner to do more pistols after wall squats? Cossack, jump, pistol, Bulgarian; any squat variation alone done for multiple sets is enough for upper leg training. Superset calf raises and call it a day. Though this workout is fun, it’s needlessly complicated.

Thank you for posting this workout! It was a great work on my legs and my cardio, although I can’t help but feel a lack of emphasis on my hamstrings, as the workout appears to be hyper quad-focused. Would it be reasonable to add exercises like Nordic curls and weighted hamstring curls after the original workout?

I can’t keep my balance at all on the first exercise but I guess that means I just need to start off with the easier assisted ones first, I’ll get there eventually though, progress starts somewhere I guess. 🤷🏻♂️

Do this for the length of the video when you feel you are strong enough you can go for 2 sets of the whole workout. You can train your legs 2-3 times a week if ur a beginner i recommend 2 times a week.
