Then I made a red velvet cake and stuffed it with your cheesecake layer from the cheesecake stuffed dark chocolate cake recipe for a friend’s birthday. I was lucky to get one slice. Everyone devoured it. If you haven’t already you should try your red velvet cake with a cheesecake layer in the middle with cream cheese frosting…. Devine!

You can probably use milk, but use less since it's thinner. Your caramel may end up being a little bit runnier but it should still turn out. :)
