Great interview, thanks for having these guys on. I’ve made a change from a Whole Foods plant-based vegan diet to a Whole Foods plant-based omnivore diet. I still eat lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, but make room for animal protein as well. Also, I think it’s OK to have the occasional pizza or dessert, as long as it’s in moderation (you’re getting sufficient fiber for the day and hitting your micro nutrients). Thanks again for the video.
