Since my husband died 2 1/2 years ago, everything has stayed the same. I think it's time to start changing some things. These are a beautiful start..and change from what I have. Room darkening in every room. Partly because of the migraines I have. My husband used to joke that when he woke up he couldn't tell if it was day or night lol. Because I watch your channel, I made one of these last year. Instead of bling wrap, I covered it with dryer sheets for texture and then thick gold paint. It is awesome and made from recycled card board as well! LOVE the inspiration you bring!

Wow I bet it's Absolutely beautiful. I hope you don't mind me asking this. I was wondering if you put the dryer sheets on the cardboard and how did you attack them. I would love to make one for my sister She loves dryer sheets She uses them for air fresheners in her house and just a bunch of stuff I can't believe all things she comes up with. I've learned a lot from her about dryer sheets and one thing I've learned is that if you have animals getting fleas or worried about kids getting head lice at school You put dryer sheets underneath the bed sheets and leave them and then like in the kids' drawers and they're underneath the sheets It will not let let you get fleas or head lice they do not like the freshness they like dirt and stuff. It really does work My grandkids were going was going to school and getting it which everybody can get it remember but they stopped getting it after I started using the dryer sheets. I just used generic brand of dry sheets and they work good but I do love the gain smell ones so I usually use them Thank you so much and I appreciate you letting me ask you that question

I used Elmers white glue and brushed it on with a foam brush and painted over when dry. You can layer and shape them as well. I used them to change a cheap plastic picture frame as well...

I made a Cornice similar to this when I was expecting baby #3 out of Styrofoam/wooden dowels/hot glue & fabric...25 yrs ago! 😂 Never thought about doing it outside of her Nursery, but yours looks so GOOD👍🏽 I may try it out in our home office🤔. I love the idea of these but for me seeing the tape under the silver one and all the joins would drive me mad! And the creases in the gold one as well. I feel different material and batting would give a much nicer finish like the original ones you did a long time ago. Thank you for sharing your amazing creativity with us all xx
