Ignatius Onyejiaka is Nigerian born but moved to Baltimore Maryland and met my family and introduced us to his native cuisines and this is without a doubt my favorite dish over white rice, I’m here hoping to make it for my family now almost 30 years later, first food I ever ate and felt alive after eating ❤❤❤ bless Africa.

Thanks for this video, our Mum’s taught us so well. Croaker fish is very soft and dissolves easily, so I hardly stir as you rightly suggested. To make sure the fish is very well cooked, I steam it for about 10-15 minutes? What do you think about the timing for the fish?
