Thank you so much our Dear 😍 KM for this easy , simple and 😋 delicious method of cooking Imoyo/Omi Obe Stew. Though I used Cat Fish for mine, i seasoned my Cat Fish with Ginger,Garlic,Knorr Cubes,grated Onions and Salt,then I allowed it marinate and stay for like 25mins End Result is 😋 🔥 😋 🔥 👌🏾 👌🏾 👌🏾

In the Caribbean we wash all our poultry and fish with lemon/lime. It neutralizes the natural smell of the foods.

Looks so good…..I’ll be giving this a try….. 2 things I notice with this stew 1) no onion to fry with the oil and 2) we don’t need to wait for the pepper to fry ( as in oil sitting on top)

Good observation 😁No need for the onions to fry with the oil and this stew doesn’t need the oil on top, it’s okay just cooked through and not fried
