Looks cool! Wish I had a use for it. Currently using the apple keyboard with the Microsoft arc mouse and does the job helping my iPad Pro be a great MacBook stand in device. Thank you for the great review

Wow this looks impressive! I'd like one for my 11 inch, but it seems like it's only for the 12.9 inch.
@fernandosilva5 жыл бұрын
sadly, they only have it for 12.9in at the moment

How has the keyboard been so far? Would you recommend it?
@darrenalbertson-digitaldus62275 жыл бұрын
So how hard is it to take the iPad in and out, how far does open/lean back, and what is the balance like when the iPad is leaned back in certain positions? Is it top-heavy, or fine, or just what?
@fernandosilva5 жыл бұрын
These are amazing questions. Should i make a follow up video?

I admire your quest for a perfect laptop replacement. I love how you can find all these neat little things for the iPad. Keep up the quest. I like the innovative design. The 3rd party keyboard companies are catching up so fast. It's insane. I can't wait to see what apple will do with their version, if they ever make an attempt. Question for you. Can the iPad be taken out of its case easily for pencil note-taking?
@AdamBree4 жыл бұрын
Does the iPad screen touches the keyboard keys and the frame of the case when you close it down? Do you think it could scratch the screen when you keep it closed?
@fernandosilva4 жыл бұрын
It's possible but I've had a screen protector on since day one so it's not a worry.
@DrChrisRespect4 жыл бұрын
Fernando Silva can’t u just close it and turn it sideways to see if the rubber nubs at the edges are preventing the screen from touching the keys?

Great review Fernando❗️I guess that I am so lucky that now retired I just don’t have the need for a keyboard. I am able to get by using the on screen keyboard with no problems. I did get a Bluetooth keyboard and put on my desk just in case I need a keyboard, I am going to get a second pencil for my iPad Pro though I would be totally lost if I misplaced my Apple Pencil.❗️👍✅✏️✏️✏️✏️✏️

Great review Nando. For $80 not bad. I m might get one stead of the $220 Brydge Pro + Thanks very much.

Like you and others have pointed out, the cutout on the back for the Apple logo is not my style. How's the keyboard holding up for you after a few weeks?
@fernandosilva5 жыл бұрын
Not bad actually. As a keyboard alone it's worth the money. The trackpad is cool but I end up using my pencil most of the time.
@KandiKlover4 жыл бұрын
Yeah I don’t like how a lot of manufacturers do that to the case.
@GoldStandardEnterprises5 жыл бұрын
Nando did you say you can actually turn off the track pad completely? If you just want to use the keyboard for it’s form factor but use a mouse instead of the track pad?
@fernandosilva5 жыл бұрын
yes! there is a function key to completely turn the track pad off
@GoldStandardEnterprises5 жыл бұрын
Fernando Silva awesome thinking about getting it and just keep using my mouse and turn off the track bad so,I don’t need to shell out 160 +. For bridge

I was looking for a video review 2 weeks ago when I order it. Now it’s out lol I didn’t see many in Amazon when I got it. I just don’t like the feel of it. Feels like cheap plastic but it does have some awesome features!
@orlandohernandez4915 жыл бұрын
Fernando how did you get the baseus 6in1 hub on this? Do you have to force it cause mine doesn’t go on.
@eriklara11295 жыл бұрын
Orlando Hernandez well mine came with a small soft magnetic piece that goes inside the hub. Just remove it and it fits perfect with the case.
@orlandohernandez4915 жыл бұрын
Awesome I got it didn’t know that piece came out. Thanks for replying👍
@eriklara11295 жыл бұрын
Orlando Hernandez you got it! I got the exact same set up 3 weeks ago. So far so good! I did notice that for some reason the hub doesn’t take certain 3.5mm inputs. Not sure why.

Nice. Brydge is terrible. The mount stresses the iPad and ends up damaging the screen.

Thank you so much for reviewing this. I have been wanting to purchase something like this but was slightly hesitant to do so. Is this a better alternative to the brydge pro + keyboard with the track pad?
@fernandosilva5 жыл бұрын
ill be onest, i dont know if its better or worse. For the price Brydge is charging it better be MUCH better lol. BUt this is a great middle ground of price and functionality. I'd rather get this keyboard and a pair of gen 2 airpods for the price of one Brydge keyboard

Peoples who are trying to transform their iPad into a Macbook make me smile :) Nice video! Very informative! My wife has an iPad Pro with a keyboard and a mouse and personally I prefer my Macbook 13 (at home) and my Mabook 11 (in the train). The trackpad could be useful if you want to record your screen with a pointer or if you are a teacher and you use a projector, the trackpad could be used to spot different things for the audience. Thanks for this nice review!
@fernandosilva5 жыл бұрын
Those are great use cases! I actually never owned the smaller MacBook. I think the 11in is a great form factor for some light train work. Thanks fort watching!
