Oh Camiguin! One of my favorite islands of my beloved Philippines but so underrated. I miss White Island and Mantigue. The only thing I wasn't able to do was climb up Mt Hibok Hibok and do the stations of the Cross. Happy to see that you did😊. Keep vlogging.....just subscribed🥰

@@4kasiavlogs When I said untouched there were no hotels built along the coastline,or whatever structure built near the beach..few tourist visit Camiguin so there were no loitering or destructive activities made by man with in the island.I could say that the island is well preserve by it' s people...

I was there in May. I stayed at Tongatok Cliff Villa. Camuguin Island is the most amazing place Ive ever been to. There is just soooo much to do there. White Island is absolutely breathtaking, you really have to be there to see it. We also went to Mantigue Island, which is a miniature paradise. The Sunken Cemetery, Old Spanish Church Ruins, Hot Springs, Cold springs, soda springs, all the many waterfalls, The bustling town of Mambajao, I cant even explain how many amazing things there are to do on Camiguin Island. I would definitely retire here.

I'm not sure if this is a perfect place for retirement. If you are there for holidays you are right. But if you get old you will have different preferences. To a shadowless White Island you not want to go weekly. If you are old you will look for friends of your age, a wider range of restaurants, supermarkets with western food too and a good health support. Can you get that there?

@@wavemaker2077 The hot springs in Camiguin Island are still there. I dont know how it could just disappear. Its not hot like a hot tub, if thats what people think. its heated by geo thermal activity since its on a volcanic mountain. Its room temperature, to luke warm water, which is still nice, considering its moving water. The other rivers next to waterfalls etc are so painfully cold, you really cant swim in them for long.

It should not be promoted a lot. It should remain as it is. Too many people will eventually pollute and destroy it. If there's too many people, it will attract all kimds of business that disregard the environment. If you're thinking that discipline and strict enforcement is necessary, people will always be selfish and will simply do whatever suits them best.

I love Camiguin also, so much that I devoted the last few years stopping trash from getting into the ocean, on the beaches and in the divesites. Been retired end enjoying life on Camiguin since 2007, sadly single use plastics has been getting out of control and it is past time to do something about it.
