I’m 35. Joined the British army at 18 fought in two wars, lost mates to bullets and IEDs. I went to jail for a few years after getting in with the wrong crowd post army. The feeling that you can head your life where you want it is empowering.

I align with your timeframe (I'm 28), and I'm not chasing girls like I used to--it's just not a priority. Though, now I am feeling moments of loneliness that I try to fill with bettering my life. I'm in this weird middle ground--I want to fill my nights with girls, but I know in the long run it won't mean much. And like you said, in the end it will only cause me more pain because I am not where I want to be in my life. Though, I do experience the rare occasion where a girl just happens to fall in my lap like you said as well, so I'll gladly take that. I know men are supposed to be just fine on their own, but when the majority of my nights are quiet, life can feel difficult.

I just want to point out that while that timeline is ideal, There have been plenty of cases of people starting their own company at a later age, like say 35, and still obtaining success. Late bloomers are a special case. Of course the earlier you start the quicker you get but not everything works out that way. I think overall though, regardless at which age you do decide, you still gotta put in the work and work your ass off. Grind through the rejections and learn from your mistakes. Cuz on my end, I'm turning 28 this month and I haven't started a business and essentially know very little on investing. However I'm still learning. Who knows what's around the corner. For all I know I could suddenly get an idea and start a company tomorrow, or next year. Col. Sanders started KFC at 62. Leo Goodwin started GEICO at 50 Robert Noyce started Intel at 41 Reid Hoffman started LinkedIn at 35 and it went public when he was 43 Vera Wang became a fashion designer x at 40 J.K. Rowling wrote Harry Potter around 30/31 after some rejections became a multi-millionaire the actor Alan Rickman didn't hit it big until his 40's Harrison Ford never got a break until he was 35 The List goes on and on. I do think you should make a video on your take on late bloomers. Just a thought lol

Hi Kris, please can you do a video about or leave a comment on when young men should move out of their family homes. I am unsure whether to stay at home to bulk up my money, or move out (and pay more) but get more life experience. FYI I am 22.
@1STMAN4 жыл бұрын
Hey Gregory. Every success guru tells you to move out, grow up, get experience etc and I somewhat agree because 1. You appreciate the value of a penny much more. 2. You get tougher and start pushing. However I personally believe if you're good with money and have no problem saving for a goal you know you want to accomplish, then 100% stay at home for as long as possible. I personally Gregory would save £500pm and put it into Ethereum every month until Ethereum hits $20k per coin and you 10x+ your money. I think Ethereum is about to do what Bitcoin did. Alternatively, save as much money as possible and execute on whatever you want to do. The key here is making sure you're in a position to take opportunities rather than wasting them in exchange for a nice house you can bring dates back to. It only takes 1 good decision to change the game and at home we're in the perfect position to do this. 22 is also so young, I'd say keep your bills low, but challenge yourself with new experiences in order to grow

I started working out, thankfully i am inteliigent enough i know a lot about training programming, supplementation and dieting, but in a way this time of my life feels sad because i stil think i could have done all the things i am doing now earlier. Like i wasted a ton of my time getting to this mental level i am now. Ready to die for what i want to achieve. Learning programming for frontend webdev future job, working out hard, working on my future - this things are really great and motivate me by themself, i felt bad when i had to skip my workout because of sickness, mentally ill. i feel bad when my day passes and i didn't learn anything. And what is funny, this fear and pain i mentioned earlier - of me wasting my fucking time till i was like 26 years old is actually pushing me forwards everday, because i would rather die then not move forward or live my life the way i HAVE TO not the way i WANT TO.

What's the best age for building a muscular fit body
@1STMAN3 жыл бұрын
I think 25-35 is the best range, your body responds best if you're living clean. But 21-25 is great for building a foundation. Most guys struggle to gain the size before 25 because it takes a while to learn how to eat/sleep/train properly - plus you need a little bit of money for food, supplements, etc

I'm 37 and still the body responds well...keep working hard in the gym...not outrageously heavy.. just keep the intensity going and you will look muscular..strong and stand out.

how can 30+ be ur peak? when ur libnido drops in mid 20s
@1STMAN3 жыл бұрын
It doesn't. It does according to data because data use slobs and mr average. The average man eats shit, drinks alcohol, doesn't exercise, watching porn etc, therefore by 25 they're already declining. However with a clean life you can be 50 and still at your peak

Why would you want to hit your peak at 35-40 ? Its just the biggest illusion ever. Either be the best with 25-27 or leave it.
@aboutblank90483 жыл бұрын
I think it’s more about longevity ,I’m just going to try and peak from 22-45 , most people loose their drive in the late 20s so you want to live a long and nice life not giving up so soon and enjoying old age
@AC-fp7ns3 жыл бұрын
I think it's shortsighted to just avoid women and enjoying your life for a decade in some of your prime years. There can and should be balance. Bust your ass in the gym and with your career, you can still have some time to go out for a few hours AT THE LEAST and chat with women or go out with friends once or twice a week. Only grinding will lead to burnout and misery. In a way it's just another form of materialism
