1 onion
2 cloves garlic
50g bread crumbs
100 ml water
1 red bell pepper
3 tbsp parsley
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1.5 tsp salt or to taste
black pepper, coriander, spices to taste
1/4 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp ketchup + 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
Bake for 30 minutes 400F + 30-40 minutes 380F
