How to make a simple Cheese Pie
phyllo dough 1 pack 454g
filling 1 kg + - salt to taste if necessary
feta, mozzarella, cottage cheese or ricotta
2 eggs
200 ml yogurt or kefin +1 egg
100 g melted butter
2 tbsp sesame seeds
bake 190-200C (380-400F) 30 min + -
