A big strat we figured out back in the Monolith days was that it REALLY sucks when you have to back and the enemy laner targets your ranged minions first out of the wave. It helps to push winions onto the tower with the least damage because the ranged ones aren't peppering your meellee ones anymore, obviously the tower deleting minions also denies the enemy precious resources.

I used this as offlane grux all the time on Legacy and Monolith. I'd come back after doing 2 or 3 waves and my wave was pushing inhib. Loved it honestly.

Yeah, since minion damage comes primarily from ranged minions, if you can set up your wave to have more ranged minions than theirs, it'll push slow and build hard. This was pretty common strat, so it became meta to set wave, rotate, and come back after the enemy set their wave against yours. If you get to their big wave before it gets under your tower, it's a huge farm spike cause you can clear 3-4 waves of minions in one go.

Infernum stacks apply on ticks, so the item is really good for both greystone and serath, for both of them you can basically make it your only dmg item and them build full tank after with items like citadel and draconum that make you really tanky but also still give you physical power. I like to throw a bonesaw on grey as well for full slow, but basilisk is also really good on him

Dekker is extremely fun Support, the bouncing ball stun is literally my favourite ability in the game. You can bounce shots all the way down lane it’s literally so hilarious just asserting dominance early game just repeatedly stunning enemy adc or support over and over again while you’re way out of range

13:35 This is my Favourite spot to gank from, With Feng Mao Jungle you can literally come straight here on first wave, they push up to the center stream of water, the mid laner is auto dead from the slow + autos back to tower. You can do it solo because they’re so squishy lvl 1

Infernus actually does activate based on each ability tic, so people like Greystone, riktor, and iggy and scorch get massive value from it. Keep in mind it does not trigger for grux passive and things like it, it also can't stack so only the once instance at a time

I tried my first Greystone offlane game against a Crunch and got absolutely destroyed, I'm also new to MOBAs but that feels like a horrid matchup lol

It a rough match up if you dont bully crunch early. When he hits lv6 he's a combo god. Best thing to do is dominate from wave 1. Crunch has bad long engagements before lv 3 (and 6). So try to continue basic attacking after his abilities are down. Also build anti heal 2nd item. Even if he hasnt built lifesteal (his passive heals a ton every 3rd basic/ability.

While wave is on your side, only kill the archer minions. Then you can rotate and let your wave get huge and push itself into tower.

Gameplay wise I perfer Predecessor. Pred feels less floaty imo. Game balance and design wise I perfer smite. Objective, camps, and hero kits in smite are more interesting to me.
