As for myself, I hate people seeing my rolls in definition 🤣 so I would automatically do this or pull my high-waisted jeans on top of my belly and side rolls so it all looks “flatter”. Amongst many other things, it’s unconscious so it’s not THAT annoying to do as it sounds haha.
