Hey Sheldon I don't think preparing ur meals before is good because according to Ayurveda (Indian medicine) u are supposed to eat ur meal within the next 3 hrs after making them👍🙏

I’m in a similar situation with 3 torn ligaments in my ankle and with a boot for 6 weeks. All I could is upper body and some lower body. Lets get it bro👍🏼

sheldon upper body looks completely different from a year ago. It is credit to his hard work. Given its football not rugby I say he 90% there. My only thing I be a bit worried about, based on no science whatsoever, is that the knee issues are obviously going to limit how intensely he can train lower body. Could the resulting imbalance between upper and lower body strength create issues?

Love it man, make sure your eating 2.2g of protein per kg of body weight or 1g per lbs of body weight. Ie 2.2x67kg= 148 grams of protein every day. You can track protein on my fitness pal or other apps

Day 2 of recommending Ben Patrick Bro kneesovertoesguy starts u literally with tibialis raises, walking backwards and some stuff that my grandma can start off. It is scalable to the worst ability. And the key is to never work through pain. Love the consistent uploads bro we need u back with those ⚽vlogs🔙

I have a few things you can do to strengthen the knee. I have had surgery on my ACL & iv worked with some top level people during my rehab not to mention I have a sport science/kinesiology degree. Whoever telling you to do knees of over toes during this time of the rehab process does not know what that they are talking about. After you gain full mobility & strength (physical & mental) then you can do the knees over toe stuff, but as of right now that's just putting to much tension in the frontal part of the knee & working your quads.
