I dont know how you do it john. Even from the other side, you still manage to read my mind and tell me exactly what i needed to know. I was starting to do this on my own, because i always seemed fatigued and have a hard time recovering consistently. Ive lowered my working weight to whatever i can do a full workout with and not sacrifice any rom or form. In combination with reducing the number of body parts per day, i can work out all week and stay sharp.

John is 100% right, after a month of 3x training every body part i really felt the fatigue and strength drop off.Focus on 1-2 muscle groups for 3 times a week if you want to focus on them
@calmsyy3 жыл бұрын
1 month? wtf.. I am training a a full body plan 3x/week for over half a year already and I am seeing massive progress even while being in a deficit. You should get a "smarter" plan then if you can't do this kind of plan (talking from a training beginner-novice strength standard)
@achillesleon55453 жыл бұрын
@@calmsyy From a late intermediate perspective, doing Full Body 3x a week can take a huge toll if you're doing a lot of compounds, kinda just makes sense though cause the damage a 135 Bench does isn't the same as a 275 bench, rip
@zombe03 жыл бұрын
@@calmsyy smarter plan being needle assisted recovery? If you can train full body 3x per week long term, you either arent challenging yourself enough, or you arent in tune with your body. You cant grow on a caloric deficit, that is the exact opposite of what that means.
@flashclynes3 жыл бұрын
@@calmsyy if youre a novice you should listen more then you talk.
@achillesleon55453 жыл бұрын
@@flashclynes Yeah, my little brother is making amazing progress went from a 55lbs 5x5 Bench to 95lbs 5x5, but see he can recover from that, he's young, growing, eating, but once you're like deadlifting 465lbs for 5x5 it just becomes... hard, so optimizing is so much more important and doing a different split might be necessary idk.

Clayton Christoffels, first of all this man can't hear you he is no longer in communication from them of this world to anyone in heaven that is reality, now when my parents passed on years ago I pray to the Lord asking him daily as my meadiator to tell my parents that I love them & miss them much & the Lord I truely believe tells them what I asked in prayer he does, no one can make contact with the deceased only through the Lord can this be done☝

This might get lost in the comment section but just wanna say Jesus loves u all and if you backslid from God or you never knew Him for who he really was repent and confess Him as your Lord and Savior by believing that he Rose from the dead and you'll be saved. You'll have a relationship with your Maker and you'll have your sins forgiven. This is an ignored saying, but Don't put it off cus you never know when you will breath your last and die. Romans 10:9-10 ~ If you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord" and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:13 - For Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. Revelations 3:20 ~ Behold, I stand at the door and I'm knocking. Whoever comes and opens the door, I will come in and sup with him and he will me. God bless. Amen

Turn to Jesus people he died for your sins, Repent of what the New Testament describes as sin. Believe the gospel obey the teachings of Jesus documented in Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Jesus is the only way to be saved, be baptized if you have faith in Jesus then you will live life with him as your example. If you need prayer i'll pray for you. If you want to keep contact with a brother in Christ i’ll keep contact with you. The love of God is beyond our understanding. God bless,,.
