Even Treat Williams himself later admitted that this movie was ridiculously over the top. A bad guy with a high voice is never that convincing. Eccentric at best.

@Dr0dd’s-comment “What power?”: He’s talking about the power of the Skulls-of-Tuganda. according to the book Kitt (or Kit; i-dunno which is the-correct-spelling) Walker read in the-movie, “the Skulls of Tuganda. one made of Gold, one made of Silver, and one made of Jade. when harnessed together, the 3 skulls form a force more-powerful than any weapon_or_high-explosive known to Man*”. *(ie. Humankind) each skull has “precious-stones where the eyes should-be” (another quote from the-movie). the Silver skull has Blue eyes, so i’m hypothesizing those to be Blue Sapphires. the Jade skull has Red eyes, so i’m hypothesizing those to be Red Rubies. the Gold skull has Green eyes, so i’m hypothesizing those to be Green Emeralds.
