Here are some approaches and techniques commonly associated with training the mind in an esoteric sense: Meditation: Meditation is a fundamental practice in many esoteric traditions. It involves quieting the mind, focusing attention, and entering a state of deep relaxation or heightened awareness. Different forms of meditation, such as mindfulness, visualization, or mantra-based practices, can be used to develop concentration, clarity, and spiritual insight. Energy Work: Esoteric traditions often emphasize the existence and manipulation of subtle energies within and around the body. Practices such as qigong, tai chi, yoga, or Reiki aim to balance, circulate, and cultivate these energies to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Ritual and Ceremonial Practices: Rituals and ceremonies are employed in many esoteric systems "Know thyself." - Socrates In Kabbalah, this quote can be interpreted as an invitation to delve deep within oneself through meditation and introspection. By exploring our inner landscape, we can gain insights into our divine nature and purpose. "The soul becomes dyed with the color of its thoughts." - Heraclitus In a Kabbalistic context, this quote suggests that our thoughts and intentions have a profound impact on our spiritual state. Through meditation, we can purify and elevate our consciousness, thereby influencing the color or quality of our soul. "The mind is everything. What you think, you become." - Buddha (although not Greek, this quote can still be relevant) In the context of Greek esotericism, this quote can be seen as a call to cultivate mindfulness and awareness through meditation. By consciously observing our thoughts, we can transform our inner world and ultimately shape our reality. "In the silence of the mind, wisdom speaks." - Pythagoras In the realm of Kabbalah, this quote encourages the practitioner to enter a state of inner stillness through meditation. It is in this silence that we can receive insights, guidance, and spiritual wisdom. "It is not death that a man should fear, but he should fear never beginning to live." - Marcus Aurelius From a Kabbalistic perspective, this quote highlights the importance of awakening to our true essence and purpose. Through meditation, we can transcend the limitations of the ego and embrace a more expansive and meaningful existence.

A perfect video to listen to to unwind after a long day, even being in martial arts I can humbly say there are LOTS more to learn in life and in martial arts. Never be arrogant and believe you know it all, you can learn alot from every one you meet in life whether they are in you field of work or hobby. The beauty of LIFE is knowledge and carrying oneself with confidence and humility.

I literally just listened to The Five Rings audiobook, and i must say i enjoyed it very much. The writing method and simplified explanations made everything easy to understand, though putting those methods into practice requires a clear focus and a strong will. Thanks for making this video.

I found this book very insightful. If I may add some personal insight gleaned from it; In the book of Fire, he is referring to what Colonel John Boyd popularized as the OODA Loop. Observe, Orient, Decide, Act...then it resets. This is applicable in any situation requiring rapid decision making. Col. Boyd had the nickname "40-sec Boyd" because of his ability to defeat an enemy fighter pilot in 40sec or less. Also, in the Book of the Void, when he says, "Spirit is nothingness." I surmise he meant Spirit is No-Thingness, which is quite different than nothingness. The implication being that within Spirit is the potentiality for all things, but in it's essence it is no-thing, rather than some differentiated thing.

*TO EVERYONE 👇🏻👇🏻* You're the best, always remember this and don't be pressure or intimidated by the success of others. Everyone has their own success story but different timing 🤔 Don't compare your journey to those whose journey are different from yours.... Time is on your side and your timing is different from theirs. Just Keep grinding👏🏾, because am very sure one day, you will also be celebrated. Have a blessed day *I Love You 🌹❤️*
