If you're not smart enough to know right now that as an NBA BA player, you need to be on a team that has an offensive system and a defensive system. Not a five wide out that leaves nobody underneath the rebound to get a rebound. Just understand that you threw away your seasons and if you have one person with the ball in their hand and they're trying to create all the time and not have any plays the last 2 minutes or the fourth quarter, you're going to lose the game. If you want to know who's going to win the finals you got to go towards the team that's playing all their players, not just five players or six players or seven players. Check the Bol Bol episode on Gil's Arena, they alluded to that. Even regarding Frank, Bol Bol has multiple years in the league and he convinces no coach. So is it all the coaches fault and Bol Bol is blameless?

You need chemistry in anything you make. Let's go with the food analogy. The ingredients have to compliment each other. You can't take 5 random ingredients, throw them together, and make it work. That will not be a great meal even if you have the best primed meat. Tibbs is making spaghetti and meatballs but he has all the complimentary ingredients. Fogel tried to make filet mignon. He had the meat but none of the seasoning and sides he had available worked with the beef. This is why Pippen and Jordan are arguable the greatest duo ever. Individually there are tons of guys that are better than Pippen in the history of the league. However when you put those two together in their prime, they are unbeatable.
