The Phone Call That Saved his Life ft. Tim

On this episode of the Cerebral Palsy and Fitness Podcast I have Tim, a fitness enthusiast and bodybuilder who has overcome alcohol addiction after 27 years. We talk about the ups and downs in his life the importance of addressing mental health, how fitness became apart of helping him recover from addiction and how one phone call from someone close to him ultimately saved his life and guided him on the path to becoming sober.
He is 17 months sober to this day way to go Tim!
