This book "Breath" has been life changing and wonderful. Chronic asthmatic, I went looking for those "free divers" he talks about, amazing! Why isn't this taught in every elementary school all over the world?

I can’t thank you enough for your podcast. I suffered from sleep apnea for 20 years and this has been my first year with a cpap machine. I thought I was over exaggerating how much my body has changed. It’s so comforting to hear these topics being discussed

Absolutely love this podcast! I love what Stan Efferding and you say about intentionality of doing something that so effects our heath. He talks about the 10 min walks and you mentioned towards the end of this podcast working on the diaphragm for 10 minutes. I believe that doing these two things simultaneously would reap great rewards! Keep it up! Love the Muscle Intelligence podcast!

Great podcast. I don't know about everything he said but he is dead on when it comes to exercise. When I turned fifty ,my lifting workouts would wear me out. Now I slow my breathe to around 6 a minute and when I'm done. I'm not worn out. I feel just fine. To me that's amazing. I'm starting mouth taping soon so i can take this to another level.

This makes me want to get my deviated septum fixed. My dad had it done and so many people say uts brutal because of the nerve bundles the healing can be excruciating. This knowledge makes it seem worthwhile

I had mine straightened. It wasn’t too painful tbh, it was just hard sleeping breathing only through the mouth while it recovered. Unfortunately I don’t think the op has been beneficial to my ability to breath though.

This will become vital in physiotherapy for the Covid long termers and chronic fatigue. An exercise you can do in bed and improve slowly!
