During the run that I cleared this trial, I forced him to trigger his overdrive on a multiple of turn 10 ( turn 90, 100, 110, etc.) by reducing his health to under 20%. This way instead of Calamitous Noise being triggered every ten turns, I only had to worry about his overdrive on that turn. Then I recommend getting his health at close to 0 as possible on the turn before he activates his overdrive. Endure this attack, then, when you can damage him, reduce him to 0 and trigger his angel idol. Now bring down his remaining 9% health before another overdrive comes. This trial is all about managing your units survivability which is how it should be. I don't have all of the limited edition units that were used here ( only Beatrix and Erza), the rest were common omni units. If you can, use an Alza Masta friend lead and the other friends I had were a Beatrix and a Natsu. Lilith works very well here in replacement of Natsu or other high damaging limited edition units, and i used krantz in replacement of gazolina just fine. Lastly I made sure that all of my units had elemental weakness damage negation on either their extra skill, SP, sphere, or elgif. ( I personally don't trust the negate elemental weakness damage buff because I may not always have it and it doesn't work against buff removal attacks.)

I hate this trial. Yes, the challenge is amazing but the fact that it kind of feels like you need limited time units to beat sucks. Not to mention on my 4th attempt, I got him to just a little over 0% and he did OD again followed by him killing my entire squad. Though now that I've done it I feel accomplished as hell, and it only took 9 tries and 160 turns :). Pro Tip- level 999 friends with heavens edge help.

Yeah I know right, it took me 4 attempts, and I did it in 57 turns, but Grah with heaven's edge really helped. The turn counting on the 2nd form is what really messed me up.

Maybe late but it's atk normal nuke is also invalid for other trial ? I try nuke Reza and Lucius but my SBB cayena Do better damage other than my savia and ravea (F) UBB.

Here's the information about this SZ AM gain more atk but less def (hit harder than JP server) - 50% NA resist on 1st stage -75%~85% NA resist on 2nd stage No wonder why it got delayed. They release all these NA units and make contents have high resistant to it. this is absolutely make no sense. Why would you releasing these kind of NA units if you have no sense of balance in the first place ? Seriously ? NA resistant on BB-restricted contents ? This is utterly BS. I think they afraid of us to use Ceiling fan + Ravea(ss) to clear it in 4-6 turns since some of JP players cleared it within 8 turns (Eriana + Savia UBB combo). See ? That's Gumi's fault since the begining. Fun Fact : Ezra's SZ is uncheesable ? nahh...screw our contents and rebalance JP contents instead !

Good and bad sides to it I guess. For me, I will never be able to beat this trial, I have one of the units that Ushi has and even fewer of the spheres. Normal attack nuking is what made it possible for me to beat Cardes and Maxwell, but with that ability taken away I probably cant beat this trail. On the flip side that is in all honesty how it should be. Not all scrubs that have Savia and a few nuker units should be able to have one of the absolute best units in the game. Just my two cents.

Well, the good thing is... the "challenge" is there just like when we JP players get this Trial for the first time. Even if we already know the strategy, it's still a challenge. If with normal atk nuke, some lazy players (including me) will do the normal atk nuke. It brings back the memory of how hard Trial 003 back then with 5-6 stars chars. xD The bad thing is... why don't they ONLY ban the normal atk UBB buffs and let the BB/SBB normal atk damage as it is? To think only BB damage can give decent damage is maybe too much IMO. xD

does beatrix "chance to activate bb/sbb/ubb" still count if they ask for lets say 3 bb/sbb and you used 3 sbb or bb but beatrix activated second bb/ssb/ubb, does it count if they ask for a certain amount of bb/sbb

Well, no. According to the video, Ushi said that if you uses BB and then normal attack with the same unit in one turn, it counts as normal attack, not BB. So, if you uses Beatrix's SBB and it proc, so you uses her SBB again in a same turn, it counts as BB, and also, just one. In the video, it only counts by the amounts of BB/SBB the units used, not how many BB/SBB they used, so yeah.

MULE!! It would count as 3, Alza just counts the last action from a unit...you can even ubb ezra or ravea and since the second action wont be a ubb, alza wont counter your ubb

You can’t just make a trial from hell and not buff the unit itself to have top tier global buff values. If they gave km a 220 spark buff 175 crit buff 200 ewd buff and 650 bb mod I would be down with them making the trial retardedly hard but if he is the same as in jp why should we have to work harder to get the same ass unit. Especially when these hard trials always have restrictions on how many units you can bb.

Don't swap the unit to another unit. If you do, he will do random overkill attack on your units. And there's another way to have enough BB/SBB. If your targeted unit dont have enough BB, you have to uses "Instant BB Fill" like Zelnite, Melord, etc. Also, take consideration into how many BB/SBB you need to uses before doing anything, because you don't want to get affected by the DoT from Alza Masta. Also, to cover up for BB, add some units that supports BB to the squad.

Black note no he’s actually nothing like shion haha. His ls is the best defense mitigation ls in the game as well as he has sp options to have a lot of debuff and support skills. He’s a very good unit but outside of his leader skill he is not up to par on his buff values with global. Which is why I was saying if they are going to make his trial this hard the reward needs to be buffed as well.
