argentinian pizza is in the middle. thin with lots of cheese and a well cooked crust. the sauce is on all the pizza (except the crust) and you can pretty much put anything you want on it.

Cheese is the worst part of pizza if not done correctly. Since cheese releases grease when cooked too much makes me feel like i ate pure lard, which honestly with what some people consider a good amount of cheese, pure lard might be better. Heavy sauce, light dusting of cheese to thinly coat the pizza comparable to dust on a desk.

The cheese used on typical take away pizza is the solid yellowed mozzarella. A proper Margherita pizza uses the milky white mozzarella and a plain tomato passata with a leaf of basil on top which is significantly less fatty

Now, crust should be crispy and well-baked up, but not to the point where it is black and shatters like crisps/chips. Toppings are a different story. Basil leaves are very debatable, from must have to strictly none should be. Meat comes in variety so wide, you just get to choose. But if no meat, then just plain 4-cheese if you want all the cheese and the most basic one if you don't want all the cheese. Simple
