i'll be honest, I have absolutely zero clue how this gaff knocks out 100 pizzas let alone 2100 with this slow AF process......

This is a common comment among my videos- I appreciate the feedback because I'm happy to share that doing something on camera while being interviewed absolutely slows done the process- but I think you are right in that the viewer should see how a real service looks, no direct camera time, no talking. Thanks for speaking, even though no one asked you for your opinion!
