Mobility, Flexibility, and resistance training are key for healthy life especially as we get older. Eat as little processed foods and sugar as possible (obviously easier said than done) Keep it up!

BBQ caterer here, Pizza junkie. I watched this to learn about pizza, and I learned a lot, but I ended up gaining so much knowledge about catering that will help us. We do a lot of catering and we have a good process, but the tips and advice here are priceless. Thanks to both of you!!

Detroit is under rated one of my favs, if I had the balls I would open up a Detroit pizza shop. None in my area unless you go to the city I live outside of Philly and still isn't many. Detroit is my favorite pizza to make at home.

Thanks for the video. I’m going through the same thing, but I’m pushing myself especially trying to make the dough right I felt like giving up, but then I realized the yeast was dead.😂 any free time I have. I’m working on bettering my pizza game.

If you’re not stumped for a week or month trying to figure out why you’re dough isn’t working only to figure out it was yeast, you’re not doing it right. Been there. Keep going!

I lived on admiral dr back in 83. A stones throw away from there. That area was where big valley was filmed a billion years ago. Glad to see something works in stockton. We left 25 years ago for Florida. We also have a wood fired pizza trailer and are currently looking to do a b n. m. Inspiring story.

I'll be sure to hit them up when I'm passing through!! Wouldn't think sugar and diastatic malt would be necessary in a commercial oven, but the product looks awesome! Some great tips here.
