I'm in a bind . I want to continue to believe the church is true but the overwhelming evidence suggests otherwise. If I continue to go I couldn't say it's true with any conviction that it's so.

Do something for me. First watch on youtube final testimonies of lds prophets. Now listen to at least 1 talk of your favorite prophet each day. And finally contact your bishop. Then of course go to God, and pray each night. Remember Gods time is not our time. You may not get an answer day one. But he will hear you. And you are not the only one who has questioned Gods existence, and his truth. I can you my faith has strengthened by doing the above. We are all in different stages of faith. Got is patient

Whilst there are many sincere, genuine, committed Mormons around, the Mormon faith itself is not true. Joseph Smith was not a prophet of God. He was a Freemason. The revelations of "modern day prophets" contradict the Bible, and even the Book of Mormon itself. For example, a modern-day revelation states God has a physical body with flesh and bones, however the Bible doesn't say this, and tells us God is a Spirit. The Book of Mormon tells us that there is only one God, and that he is unchanging. The mainstream LDS church forbids polygamy, however going further back in Mormon history, polygamy was seen as okay. Yet the Book of Jacob in the BOM indicates that each of us should only have 1 spouse. More importantly, the New Testament in the Bible states that we should only be married to 1 person. Then there are the secret ceremonies in the Mormon Temple, including the Masonic handshake 🤝, and a secret password you need to enter the highest realm of Heaven.... and other rituals - none of these are in the Bible. The Bible also doesn't mention there being different levels of Heaven. Just one. I am not saying any of these things out of bitterness or with a critical spirit. I have nothing against Latter-Day Saints as people. In fact, most of the LDS folk I've met or heard about so far have been kind and friendly. Feel free to reply anyone, if you want to discuss more 😊

Hard to Find Mormon videos, Everytime I read the BOOK OF MORMON, I receive new inspiration. Again and again. It's because we cannot handle the entire greatness of God, so he gives us "line upon line, and precept upon precept"!!! Never will anyone receive all at once.

I still remember the first time I saw this video. I was a greenie in the mission field in South Lake Tahoe in 2002, and we were showing it to someone who was not a member but had allowed us to come into his home to talk to him. I cried, quietly, so hard during a couple parts that I was afraid I was going to distract from the visit and upset my companion. I hadn't seen this video since my mission until tonight. I am glad I found it. Thank you for posting.
