I love that all the internet peeps are taking care of eachother like this. I have seen so many calm videos, relaxing book recommendations, home offics tips, videos for kids that are out of school. It's so encouraging to see everyone just doing their best to keep in touch, care for others and themselves. You see the worst in people (see: hoarding toilet paper??) but also the best in these times and it just.. gives me a lot of confidence in humanity that we will maybe one day be okay

I know, the internet is really rising to the occasion. Maybe this will help reduce the stigma that still surrounds it a little, especially among older people-I sent my mom the video Charles Cornell posted of calming Claire de Lune piano playing and she seemed to like it (and KZbin is the devil incarnate as far as she’s concerned). Definitely feeling very grateful for this huge, global, multi-talented, caring community atm ✨😊✨

Every time you post all I can hear in my head is "Hazel Hayes Hazel Hayes she makes videos every days" in Louise's voice! Keep 'em coming if you are able! :) It is just the excitement of a post, NOT that I ever expect a video or am gutted or mad when you don't, just that I'm happy when you do. Your content is always thoughtful (even, especially, when it's silly) and I appreciate that. If I miss you I go back and watch Taika in tipsy talk and have a giggle :)

Adore this style of video. It's so relaxing: exactly what we need with everything else causing such anxiety. I love the idea of a book to film adaptation video, and perhaps one on how the process of writing for different mediums changes from one to another? I love your long videos! I'm from and go to uni in NI, and currently in social distancing /isolation except from when I'm at my job (supermarket). And it's honestly so comforting to hear your accent and voice- my friends, boyfriend and I are all spread across the island and I live in an area which is more heavily dominated with English accents, so it's something a bit more familiar. I've followed your videos for a good few years now and you've always been one of my favourite creators, so thank you xx

I just stumbled across this new collection of videos and ah my god I am so touched. I really enjoyed this. The easygoing, ramble was just so lovely. I'm self-isolating in Galway and both housemates have gone to their home houses to spend it with family. It's this kind of rambly, stream of consciousness conversations that I miss. Currently reading Bill Bryson's "At Home". Started it a couple weeks ago (before all of this social distancing kicked off). Kinda feels appropriate right now. Has made me appreciate my flat a little bit more, even though I can't wait to be able to go outside and breathe fresh air again :) just finding a few extra things each day to keep me occupied and be thankful for. Started painting again.

so so glad you are doing more of these - horrible shock of knowing i wont see my friends and gf for the forseeable future, and friends in the year above ever again, and it is heartbreaking - they are the reason i get up most days. tomorrow is the last day and it sounds a bit dramatic but i am dreading it (and will absolutely cry lol). so life is super bonkers and stressful and i want to cry a Significant Proportion of the day (which is mega fun!!!) and i really really need this bit of stability and calmness so thank you

I really enjoy this longer format videos, when you announced the st. patrick's day 40 minutes long video i got really excited and looked forward to sitting down with a nice cuppa to listen to you. The rambles are really calming and show that we are all in this together, isolated and looking for other voices, just litte bit of reassureance or a familiar voice. Also I'm really enjoying the writing content and would love to see more of any kind, maybe a yoga practice that correlate with your favourite book genres or maybe how yoga in books could describe a character, either in your own book or in an other/ made-up story. Also i think your favourite books video could work as a live stream, then you don't need to edit and you can ramble on however long you want. Anyway i really enjoy your videos and when i get a notification for them my heart jumps with joy. Thank you so much for creating videos and stories for us

These are really helping calm me down, thank you for taking this time out to chat with us. I live in the U.S and it’s been pure madness lately. I work as a manager at Walmart and I’ve been working with people in my face yelling, with extreme staffing shortages, and the fear of being infected/ a carrier every day. There is no promise for us of time off or closures, let alone receiving pay for it. I’m trying to think positive and hoping our government will do the right thing, but I think it’s going to be a long time unfortunately.
