I knew Solomonster was going to roast Dreamer after what he said. What happened to that flight attendant was very disturbing and I genuinely felt sympathy for her. Joke or not, Ric Flair was a stupid idiot doing that to her. You can tell that she was feeling awkward recalling the story. As far as Dreamer goes, I do understand why he said what he said. He is saying that from a position of, "Well it must not have been that bad since she got paid." Doesn't make it sound good of course, but I guess that was what he was trying to say. Not to mention that he sorta predicted his future by saying that people are easily offended nowadays. And soon Impact suspended him. I just find it very strange that some people want to punished Flair for something that took place nearly 20 years ago. At this point, let the Plane Ride from Hell be a cautionary tale as both JR & RVD said in this episode.

Listen to Dreamer's old takes on chair shots on Austin's podcast. He's a cringe factory who once justified head shots by saying "my grandmother is 92 and losing her memory, we're all going to lose it anyway" As for Ric? If everything that was said is true, then its a long time coming that he has to deal with what's coming. As for Dreamer? This is textbook cancel culture BS. There's two possibilities here: either Dreamer probably bought into the "war on woke" mentality a lot of people have or he just wasn't objective about it because it's Ric Flair, still seen as a God by many of his peers because of the Legend he is as a performer. Are there people in this age that get offended too easily? Sure. Is this one of those cases? Hell no, the poor woman was cornered by a drunk naked man who forced her to touch his penis. And the best argument was like "well he didn't rape her, he isn't a sexual predator!" like that's the only kind of unacceptable sexual behavior and harassment doesn't come in various forms. I want to hope Dreamer was just blinded by his admiration for Flair, but the way he spoke makes me think that he indeed is one of those people that use the "oh everyone is offended by everything these days" argument to cover up serious stuff too. And that's a sad thing to find out.

Yet Taker has the audacity to get triggered by today's wrestlers for playing video games and subtly insinuating that today's male wrestlers aren't "real men" just because they don't drink, party, do drugs, rape people, and stab each other with syringes and scissors. I will gladly take today's wrestlers over these animals from back in the day. They're smarter, working safer, healthier, and are living longer. So if that makes them "soft" in Taker's eyes, then he can fuck off with his outdated, tone deaf views. Even though, technically it was very dangerous, in actuality, the mood of the wrestlers was more light-hearted. And 3) There were really no major changes from this that took place. If WWE fired Brock and others or made it so that major long-standing company policies would be reformed going forward, then that's one thing, but it felt like business as usual.
