At my workplace there's a few people who are that bad for getting drinks in the first 5 minutes that the managers have had to start enforcing the rule about no drinks in the first hour of your shift. This is a McDonalds btw, and most people drink Coke or Fanta or Oasis in tiny cups that we order specifically for the purpose of crew drinks. We're only allowed a hot drink if we're working the drive thru windows during winter. Any other station, any other time of year, no hot drinks unless you pay for them
