I use the builders plastic on the inside of the raised beds and it does start to rot after 3 years where the it open to the sunshine. I have got my growing spaces just right especially for lady birds. My broad beans were covered with black fly and within 2 days they had all been eaten, I am finding lots that are overwintering around my allotment's as I tidy up. KZbin keeps recommending your videos so I have subscribed and liked and haven't been disappointed. ♻️Happy gardening, Terry King.

Thanks so much, Terry. ☺️ yup the plastic isn't very UV stable. But like you say, it would last a few years. If the foxes don't rip it anymore 😂. To be honest. It won't be going back down. Now I've got the beds all in just weed as I go now. Aww the ladybirds are fantastic. I've been finding masses around all over wintering. It's a great sight to see. I'm slowly building up my attack dogs for problematic insects 😂.

had the same problem with Borlottis last year as well. From a season before that which was a great success to utter disaster last year.

Yea. I love dwarf varieties, but for beans I want to dry out, I'll grow the taller. Better chance of drying on the plant.
