Is there an updated video for this card? They changed the points from 1x MR for all purchases to 5x MR per flights booked on amexTravel.com or booked on airline websites. A cardholder can also still get 2x for purchases on Amex travel for hotels and cruises too.

I had never heard of this card before today when I read about it on Upgraded Points. BLOWN AWAY by this card and all of the perks I had read about - from the Uber value to hotel partnerships and gold member status, 5x points, and the best lounges in the game by far! And WHOA! Didn't know that airbnb was a partner now too - that's huge. Would you suggest getting the Chase Reserve or this card for someone who travels a good amount out of SFO and flies all over (mostly to the east coast though). Thanks for your help!

so I have a question. the Citibank double cash card gives you 2% cash back. American Express membership rewards are only worth $0.01 apiece aren't they? So isn't the Citibank double cash back card more valuable than membership rewards?

+Nelson Neely nothing to really review. You get entry level benefits which isn't much for $95 fee.

Sakib Bin Salam not entirely. 5x point on flight and Centurion lounge access, Delta sky lounge make this car as valuable as Sapphire reserve.

Peter Kim The 5x points on flights is a recent addition, but a great one. Amex struck back after CSR joined the travel card market.
