A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

The issue with me is if I'm not hungry and I eat I start feeling sick I'm envious of people like you. I wish I could eat like this or even normal tbh. I have stomach issues and it sucks because its hard for me to put on weight because of it. Any advice?

A former Scottish policeman, Poileas Alba, moved to the US and started a pub not 6 minutes from our house, and it's been one of the best things to happen in the township in a long time. Real Scottish breakfast, proper ale, fish & chips, and they make their own sausage. His family really makes the atmosphere there too, it feels like I'm stepping across the Atlantic every time I go in. Which is probably more than I should, if I'm honest. lol

most folk just call lorne sausage square sausage, or just sausage (singular) is assumed square, and you would specify if you wanted link sausage. Also tattie scone should be a staple in every breakfast roll doubler, it goes with everything, although a roll and square sausage with brown sauce is elite.

I live locally to this venue and got married there so I can confirm that the restaurant/Hotel where this was done is excellent as long as Gary is doing the cooking he is one of the best and most saught after chef's in the Falkirk area. My only problem with the Plough is I don't particularly like the current owners, but the food, rooms and service are excellent.

I'm also one of the few! Personally, I find that crispy bacon loses a lot of flavour when compared to soft bacon. It just becomes a crispy strip of salt and fat. But hey, each to their own and all that!

French Toast?! Call it what it is! Eggy bread. I do rate that one above many of the so called "full English" breakfasts you've done though. Hash browns bear no part in an English breakfast! Fried slice? Oh aye! Many a fond memory of turning up at a transport cafe, hungover as fuck and getting a full fry with a pint of hot, sweet, milky tea to fix all that ails you. As long as you got both toast *and* fried bread. Easy to do, you just had to ask for toast as well because you were getting the fried slice anyway. I miss that...
