Every time I visit Scotland I find a small family butcher and buy some Lorne sausage. Trust me it doesn't taste like concrete it's lovely and I'm not even Scottish so I'm not biased

It's literally minced sausage meat, mostly beef, sometimes a bit of pork and lamb in it because its made with trimmings, breadcrumbs (rusk) and seasoning, its not weird and tastes like a differently seasoned sausage 😂, (used to be a butcher)

As a Scot, I have to say, when my wee brother returns to Scotland from Kent, he indulges in similar excellent sandwich. Along with other Scottish scran... Potato scones, black pudding, scotch pies etc, all good healthy food if cooked properly by his big sister (me), not his younger sisters x

I never realised how good our black pudding was until I went to England and tried that shite from Bury 😂. Even the normal stuff not from Stornoway is 100 times better. The English stuff isn't spiced and has big blobs of fat in it.
