I will try that recipe. Tuna doesn't have an extreme fishy flavor like some others do so it is a good choice for patties. The adding bacon thing to it was how my dad made duck more palatable to the kids. Love your videos and you have a good heart. Cheers from Minnesota.

Great little boat. Get a garbage can or something to fill with fresh water to flush the motor. You can leave the hose running in it if it’s too small.

Hi Rod, I have a similar motor and I just stick the foot in a flexible bucket from the building merchant fill that with water and flush it that way. Added bonus is that its quieter too.

I enjoyed the video and the burger looked great. You killed me when you brought the grinder out for the tuna but didn't run the bacon with it too. In your defense, you probably had already washed the grinder before deciding what fat element to add in the mix.

Man, you got a good taste. Almost my recipe, but i am using in addition brown fried onions and also slightly fried smoked bacon from the pork belly. I let it cool down and together with the oil/fat from the pan i mince it together with the thuna. Next level!
