I will try that recipe. Tuna doesn't have an extreme fishy flavor like some others do so it is a good choice for patties. The adding bacon thing to it was how my dad made duck more palatable to the kids. Love your videos and you have a good heart. Cheers from Minnesota.

Hi Rod, I have a similar motor and I just stick the foot in a flexible bucket from the building merchant fill that with water and flush it that way. Added bonus is that its quieter too.

Great little boat. Get a garbage can or something to fill with fresh water to flush the motor. You can leave the hose running in it if it’s too small.

Man, you got a good taste. Almost my recipe, but i am using in addition brown fried onions and also slightly fried smoked bacon from the pork belly. I let it cool down and together with the oil/fat from the pan i mince it together with the thuna. Next level!

Your mention of kettle crisps being a relative new thing made me think of my search for a burger shop that still toasts the buns, the fast food giants that swamped the world in the eighties mean that those born after probably have never had a real burger unless homemade. Fast food burgers are just meat pattie sandwiches

Wow, that looks so good!! I've been on a tuna kick for about three weeks now. I want nothing but tuna. Sadly, mine comes from a can and doesn't look anywhere close to as good as yours does.
