Of course this would happen. 40 minutes after this episode premiered, I ended up finding a KZbin video with all four of D.A.'s songs, including Ready N' Steady. It turns out the band is called D.A. and the Dukes. The three other songs are called Been Livin' (D.A. Lucchesi, Jim Franks), Where Did The Word Great Go? (D.A. Lucchesi, Jim Franks), and You Got What It Takes (Marv Johnson). I ended up answering my own question. Here's a link to all four songs kzbin.info/www/bejne/eJa3c5WVeLV-oMU

Nice video! Now you should make one about another lost song like The Most Mysterious Song On The Internet or that "Ulterior Motives" song found in a very... questionable place.

Hey, if you want to know more about all this story, you can listen to the episodes of July 8, 2016 which you already mentionned since it's when the record was broadcasted, but also to the one of May 19, 2017, which is a bit more hidden. Jim Franks (on the phone) was invited to answer all the questions around those records and they broadcasted for the 1st time the other three songs recorded along with Ready'N'Steady ! :)
