coming from the demo, the bosses and minibosses are absolutely horribly balanced.

The region 1 and 2 minibosses are definitely horribly balanced, but (so far) it feels like they were balanced in opposite directions. It's so hard to defeat the act 1 minibosses with even the best luck, while the act 2 minibosses seemed too easy (although I've only found Cannock so far). The region 3 minibosses I think are fine in terms of balance but really frustratingly random, and I wish they were less random. Queenstruction I think is just right, Kaothesis has the right amount of challenge and spectacle if you don't go in with a full box, and even Gnocking is doable with the right team (and got nerfed, so it might be decent now). I think it's mostly the minibosses that are a problem, as they just swing too hard between too easy, too hard, or too frustrating.

As Someone who made it all the way to the Final Boss with a Decay Build, some bosses(including said Final Boss) being able to ignore decay is trash tier: literally racked over 100+ on it(and a region 3 Miniboss), did 0 Decay Damage over the entire fight

The game feels unbalanced but, even more important: I did not understand a single interaction between the chracters. I didn't get what were their attacks and what were their supers, I didn't get the timing, I didn't get the type bonuses... Maybe I wasn't paying enough attention but I feel like an autobattler should either be simple to play or very well explained. This one didn't do it for me.

​@@koopey Lmao what a condescending comment. This game lacks a lot of clarity, so many things and effects are jumping around yet no damage is done. Make the damage jump around and status apply directly same with buffs or make it better to recognize. Things are dying and you don't even really know why because they just disappear. Also it's extremely unbalanced. You finish first battle and the second one is already a fully stacked team dealing 14 while your 2 units deal 5 a pop with mini boss right after. Everything needs to be scaled down and moved back.

First time I’m hearing any criticism for the game. I guess some parts are hard to understand but doesn’t it give you a detailed explanation when you hover over stuff and there’s a tutorial? The unbalance is definitely a huge issue. I think they should look into that.

First off; really fun vid! Love that it allows you to keep a box of mons around to work with, makes it a bit less of a gamble and more strategy focused. Edit: Just found a Mushiki misprint that looks like Toad from Super Mario. It's the 1 in 2k odds version. Toad shall be protected even if it costs me my life.

really intersting game, expected it to be pokemon sap but it actually did a fair amount that kept the sap vibe while being its own thing gonna wait out on this one for a bit though because reviews are telling me its a bit unbalanced and rough around the edges but for the first day of release "rough around the edges and unbalanced" is basically a medal of honor, considering how bad some games get game radiates passion and im sure the devs will handle these problems quickly

One of the biggest complaints about the demo was that the demo was too easy, so I guess the developers went a bit too hard in the opposite direction. As someone who played a ton of the demo I felt right at home in the full game, but I feel like it would be a different story for those who are jumping in for the first time. Also, it's hilarious how you got bodied in that second run. Your physical type bonus gave the front enemy frail when an ally was hurt, and the Slimurai deals damage when frail is applied, which creates an infinite loop that instantly kills a party member every time a Kadomon takes damage. I am sorry for laughing at your misery. Some tips for you: - In the early game, getting your team to a full team of 4 (excluding Gnock) is really, really important, because the Kadomon you have are the #1 source of scaling that early. This also means that minibosses, events, and campfires are undesirable early since you don't have the scaling to deal with enemy fights. This would also mean that you would have more health throughout the rest of the run. - Creeze loves being in the front because it's really tanky, its super affects itself, and it has a keyword ability that gives it extra damage while it has armor. As a matter of fact, Mushiki's keyword ability (grants 5 hidden, which prevents it from being targeted until it's performed 5 attacks, except when it's the last Kadomon left) actually caused it to not be a legal target for Creeze's super, giving Creeze the armor instead of Mushiki. - Similarly, Monku really doesn't like being in the front because it's so frail. Its on hurt effect is a red herring: it scales so poorly over time that it's not worth building around it unless the effect does something else, like the Rainfall field effect you got in game 1. - Beleaf does, in fact, like being behind Gnock in most circumstances, because even though Gnock doesn't have a super putting Gnock in front of Beleaf lets you buff Gnock with Beleaf's super, which keeps Gnock alive for the fight. Against most Kadomon it doesn't really matter because there are lots of Kadomon where your 2v1 will win regardless of where you position the two (it worked out with the Slamala in this video because Slamala deals little damage and moved Gnock into a position where you could buff it), but in most cases positioning Beleaf behind Gnock is pretty good. - Peeling + Mushiki is a really powerful combination because Peeling's super can trigger Mushiki's attack, effectively giving it twice the number of attacks with which to summon Shroonobies.

Hey, I don’t mean this in an offensive way but I think I know why your views are on the decline When people click on your videos they’re hoping to see cool gameplay for a game they might not have seen before, but now comes the problem When your gameplay is braindead it makes people upset because they at least want to see a good representation of the game at hand, but when you play poorly it can represent the game in a bad light, while also leading people to shy away because they don’t want to watch someone mess up a bunch lol I’m sorry if that was harsh I really do like the videos it’s just sad to see :(

My views aren’t on a decline? I’m literally in the largest boost my channel has ever been in my life lol. It’s difficult to play as many games as we do and play all of them successfully. And in most cases, I’m still winning over half of the runs that I do in any roguelike game I play. There’s a very very skewed misconception that you have to win every roguelike game you play. The point of roguelikes is that they require trial and error, they require you to learn the game. My channel is about realistic gaming. Sure, I could just upload runs where I win like other KZbinrs do. But that’s not a legitimate, realistic, and honest approach to how a game is played. Kadomon is a HARD game. With some dodgy balance right now. Still a really good release with great ideas but it’s not the kind of game you’re expected to just waltz into and win.
