If you guys are having trouble with PokeRogue, I recommend these: 1. Get Skill Link Cloyster as it sweeps any boss mon with just Shell smash + icicle spear. Sweeps Eternamax Eternatus by setting up after stalling out Sludge Bombs and Eternabeams from Eternatus. 2. Pickup mons, preferably cheap cost ones, are needed for passive item collection. 3. Technician mons like Meowth are great, Meowth specifically has Payday, Fake Out, Feint, etc to benefit from Technician. Also Money. 4. Leech Seed, Infestation, Toxic, and Salt Cure are goated, as it cheeses boss battles easily. Toxic is kinda meh but yeah. Some moves that rely on weight or stats are great too. 5. Special Attackers are recommended when starting out, preferably with a stat boosting move or ability, like Fuecoco. 6. Shiny mons are useful as they increase the chances of getting good items in the shop. Normal shinies have a yellow star, Rare has a light blue star, and Epic has a red star icon. The rarer the shiny the more luck it has and arguably the cooler the colors. 7. Check Passive abilities of mons. These are unlockable "2nd abilities" by getting candies specific to that mon by catching, hatching, or raising friendship points by rare candy, etc. 8. There are options in the settings for faster game speed and some "cheaty stuff" like enabling retries.

Was inspired last night and ran this team of 3 starters too. Funny enough, it got me my first win and dude, it was a great run. Got all 3 megas, plus a Mega for an Abra turned Alakazam along the way which got the victory with Venasaur in a sleep/calm mind strat. I was not as strategically sound though, didn’t realize I could use a memory mushroom for Earthquake on Swampert, so he wasn’t spectacular but still a decent member. Got the Steel/Dragon Pesudo-evo (2nd time this happened) and captured the Grass/Steel Ultra Beast, who became my overall MVP by mostly sweeping the floors sans some gym, elite 4, Cynthia, and my Rival.

During my firsts playthrough with of Pokerogue classic mode, the champion I was forced to face was Leon, who was so fricking stupid. This fight took so long, and was very challenging, mostly because he had a zamazenta, which could practically kill everything I had with close combat in one hit.

Finally beat classic mode today tice and got extremely lucky with 2 dna splicers in the 1st run. Here was my 1st run team: 1. Torterra 2. Toxicroak 3. Dna Spliced Seismitoad and Gardevoir ( Started as Tympole and Ralts - Finally being Water/Fairy type). 4. I want to see shiny pokemons only challenge since theres 3 variants of shineys in the game being a normal shiny(yellow colored mark), a rare one(blue colored mark) and an epic one(and a red colored mark), i genuinely think this idea is very interesting and since in this game, it gives you a chance to get shiny charms that could stack and shineys that boost your luck stat, i believe it should be easy to catch shineys in the game
