I've been watching these videos a lot lately trying to figure something out, and I think I did. When you guy's had your stake out at Red Base I remember Woods said "oh look at Magic Mountain" and I remember that I went there and part of the surrounding area, anyway enough of that. While I was there I remember a LA Police Gear store not to far away. I think it's possible that the box and some of the equipment inside was bought from there because there is no way LAPD wouldn't notice that some gear was missing from their inventory.
